- The Plastic Dolphins play cover versions of Classic Rock and Classic R&B songs.
- The music is arranged into Six Sets, which are approximately one hour each.
- Set One to Set Four are Classic Rock.
- Set Five and Set Six are Classic R&B and R&B-inspired Classic Pop (as well as a few instrumentals by The Shadows, which are optional).
- A typical Pub Show would be two one-hour Sets, eg. Set One and Set Two, or Set Three and Set Four, or Set Five and Set Six.
- The Backing Tracks are all individual MP3 files and are played on an MP3 Player. This gives us complete freedom to re-arrange the Sets or to even play individual songs.
